We lead an interdisciplinary collaboration to disco We apply these approaches to studies ranging from basic processes in microbial evolution (mcguire 2012 bmc genomics), the emergence of drug resistance in pathogenic bacteria (galagan 2014, nat gen rev), and the mechanisms of information processing in molecular networks.
